Planning and construction of a new сlass A warehouse near Tashkent

In 2024, construction of an ultra-modern Class A warehouse will begin near Tashkent, which will become an important addition to the infrastructure of Logistics Orient. This warehouse will be located on the premises of the Highway Logistics Center (HLC), providing convenient access to the main transport arteries of the region, such as the M39 highway, as well as proximity to the capital of Uzbekistan.

Strategic importance and planned capabilities

The new warehouse project is aimed at providing a highly efficient and modern logistics infrastructure capable of meeting the needs of various industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, and retail. The facility is planned to include multi-temperature storage systems, allowing for optimal conditions for various types of goods—from food products to complex electronics.

In addition, the warehouse will be equipped with the latest generation of racking systems and advanced loading and unloading equipment, ensuring a high level of automation and productivity. The project will also include the installation of modern safety and fire suppression systems to guarantee the safety and security of goods.

Development of logistics infrastructure and services

Special attention will be given to the development of Third Party Logistics (3PL) services. The new warehouse will serve as the foundation for expanding the range of logistics services provided by the company.
